About

Bromsgrove is a small traditional market town of character surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside.

Site Map

Situated on the West Midlands A38 Central Technology Belt approximately 13 miles to the south west of Birmingham, Bromsgrove has extremely good road links with direct access to Junction 1 of the M42 and Junctions 4 and 5 of the M5, this coupled with its position central to the UK makes it the ideal location for bringing anywhere in the country within easy reach.

The range and quality of housing available, the rural nature of the area, the proximity to the motorway and railway connections and the ease of access to Birmingham mean that Bromsgrove is a popular place to live and work.  The median earnings for those living in Bromsgrove is the highest of any District in the West Midlands, including Warwick, Stratford and Solihull.

The active community promotes a vibrant music and arts scene, and has enjoyed significant recent £multi-million investment in a wide range of state-of-the-art leisure and sporting facilities and modern education and health services.

Bromsgrove has many advantages as a place for business and its excellent location and demographics are attracting existing companies and entrepreneurs to re-locate or to start up their businesses in the area.

As one of the most sought after business and residential locations along the M42/M5 corridor growth is evident throughout Bromsgrove.  Thousands of new houses are to be built, extensive demand led commercial property developments are springing up, tens of thousands of square feet in new major retail stores are planned for Bromsgrove Town Centre and hundreds of new jobs are being created as a result of major public and private investment.
