Spiritual well being is supported on a multi-cultural basis by churches of many denominations including Church of England, Methodist, Baptist, Evangelical, Spiritualist and the United Reform. The Bromsgrove Muslim Community Trust welcomes all Muslim women and men living and visiting Bromsgrove to participate in daily community prayers.
The town has also recently benefited from the building of new schools and investment in its public service facilities continues; including the provision of a new Library and reconstruction of its High Street. Millions of pounds of private sector investment are being added to this to create hundreds of new jobs.

Bromsgrove has its own Community Hospital – The Princess of Wales Hospital – as well as the Alexandra Hospital, Kidderminster Hospital and Treatment Centre and the Worcester Royal Hospital.
